The field Subject of Evaluation will bring the full name of the User being evaluated in the evaluation. It uses the definition of subject as of a person or thing that is being discussed, described, or dealt with.
Usually the field brings the User performing the evaluation, but for supervisor, it can show the subordinate being evaluated.
