Symptom

In the Solution Manager System the following jobs are failing:

  • SM_CCLM:CUST_XXX
  • SM_CCLM:MODS_XXX
  • SM_CCLM:ENHS_XXX

The error message that is displayed in the job logs is as follows:

" Function : XX XXX"
" Function does not exist: XX XXX"
" Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE"
