How can I activate Recruiting Posting tool, for preview and production instances?

The most of Recruiting Posting implementation can be done by partners, but there are still some options that need to be added/checked by Recruiting Posting support for Preview instances. Please refer to the process below:

Prerequisites:

• You should confirm with Sales representative that the Recruiting Posting license is included in the contract
• Your Implementation Partner must activate Recruiting Posting in Provisioning following the Implementation guide on SAP Help Portal.
• You should make sure that you tenant is provisioned within your SAP for Me account (3066901 - How to Start Provisioning for a cloud product - SAP for Me). If you don't find your requested tenant in this list, you must get in touch with your CSP or Sales Representative to request it. The support is not dedicated to provisioning requests.

If Recruiting Posting is still not working after setting URLs in the provisioning, please grant permissions to users and wait at least 24 hours for the synchronization. And if you are still experiencing an issue, please reach out to Technical Support by providing your datacenter and your company ID.

Production accounts (created post Q2 2018) are created automatically and should not require any assistance from Recruiting Posting Support if all implementation prerequisites are met. Also, users should be synchronized automatically within 24 hours if Recruiting Posting permissions are granted. Accounts for preview and dev instances will be created in Recruiting Posting staging environment (Recruiting Posting URLs in Provisioning have to be configured accordingly).

For Production accounts created prior Q2 2018, a form will be sent to customer in order to create the account and start the implementation. The data added in this simple form can be modified once the account is created completely.

Please note that Recruiting Posting implementation/migration request should be processed with Medium case priority.
