2654945 - JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Initialization of repository destination failed

Symptom

From an AS Java Netweaver Server, you're not able to open a particular application(s), and upon investigating further, you notice following error from Default trace files (note 1596214)

ApplicationContextRunner.run(), Application: sap.com/tc~sapjra, ResourceAdapter: SAPJavaResourceAdapter15, Exception:
[EXCEPTION]
javax.resource.spi.ResourceAdapterInternalException: Creation of ResourceAdapter default repository failed
...............
Caused by: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Initialization of repository destination JRAXXXX failed: Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts ...

Environment

SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java 7.3;
Integrated SAP Java Connector(JCO) AS Java system.
