2654965 - Setting the number of goals displayed per page on Goal/Development plan

Symptom

This article explains how to set the number of goals that a Goal Plan or a Development Plan will display per page.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Plan

Resolution

This type of change requires customization to the Goal Plan/Development Plan XML template.

  1. In the XML, look for the attribute "pager-max-objs-per-page".
  2. In this attribute, set the number of goals that you want to be displayed per page. If set to 0, all goals will be displayed on one page.

Note:

  • It is recommended not to set the max number of goals any higher than 99.
  • Goal plan min/max has a dependency on goal plan pagination (in other words, pager-max-objs-per-page has to be greater than 0). Otherwise, the min/max does not show up.

As this is a configuration that can be changed only in the XML, you can contact your Implementation Partner to complete this task. If you don't have a Partner, you can find for SAP Certified Partners via the SAP Partner Finder or, alternatively, speak with your Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive about Professional Services options. On this specific scenario, you can also contact SAP Cloud Support via case requesting this change. For more information on Software Change Requests, please kindly refer to the KB Articles below:
