How to report on Performance Management comments fields from employee and manager on a table report?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Resolution

Please follow the steps below

  1. Go to Reporting (Analytics)
  2. Report Center > Table Report (Adhoc Reporting)
  3. Create a new Table report with Performance Management domain
  4. Select the Subject Known as, Last Name, Form Template ID and Form Template Name
  5. For the Comment Section select "Section Fields" > then add the fields below
  6. Add Section Comment Owner User ID, Section Comment Owner User Name and Section Comment
  7. Preview the report.
  8. The Comment section will be populated and check the "Comment Owner User ID" or "Username" to know who is the owner manager or Employee (To check if the comment is from Manager or Employee check Comment Owner User ID or Username).
