2655099 - Mashup is not Opening or Loading

Symptom

You have configured custom mashup (eg: URL) in system. But when you click on link, mashup does not get loaded.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales Work center. (as an example).
  2. Click on Opportunities.
  3. Open any Opportunity.
  4. Under Overview, you have configured mashup.
  5. But when clicked, mashup is not loaded.

Cause

For a target UI component in Simple Navigatation, check for Lazy load property .

Resolution

If this is true, mashup does not get loaded before hand. And if you are already in that screen (view), lazy load propwery will not work.

Hence change this property to false in UI designer for that particular component.
