2655187 - Configtool config.properties containing incorrect DB connection parameters

Start the Configtool from usr/sap/<sid>/<instanceID>/j2ee/configtool/configtool.bat or configtool.sh

Using default DB settings for connection gives error:

Error occured while scanning DB.

Msg: Error while connecting to DB.

Using Via Secure Store shows incorrect parameters for Secure Store File, Secure Store Key File etc.

Configtool logs and traces may contain similar errors:

com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: Error while accessing secure store: Could not find a record with key "" in the store..

Error occurred while loading the Secure Store.

Error details: File "/usr/sap/<sid>/<instanceID>/j2ee/configtool/SecStore.properties" does not exist although it should.

Error details: while trying to invoke the method java.util.Properties.putAll(java.util.Map) of a null object loaded from field com.sap.engine.configtool.visual.ConfigTool.dbProperties of an object loaded from local variable 'this'
