2655445 - Project Cost Report error "No existing service group found for service group identifier"

Symptom

When launching the "Project Cost Report" app, a 500(Internal Server Error) occurs.

Checking the log, shows error ID /IWFND/MED 033 with error text "No existing service group found for service group identifier".
