2655482 - Error while opening the Help value for Field Product in Data Source Lead Item

You receive an Error " Report cannot be opened; Report an incident" while opening the help value for the field product in data source: Lead Item (CODMKLEAIB).

• SAP Business ByDesign.
• SAP Cloud for Customer.

1. Go to the Business Analytics Work Center.
2. Go to the View Design Data Source.
3. Preview the data source Lead Item (CODMKLEAIB).
4. From the selection open the value help for Product.

You will receive an error, "Report cannot be opened; Report an incident".

This is a memory dump because of huge data. The data source preview is a testing tool to check the basic data.

Create a custom report based on this data source, the value help for product will work fine.

If you have a custom report based on join data source which involved data source Lead Item (CODMKLEAIB) you may have same error while opening the Help Value for field Product.

If this field is part of the join condition and it a Left member and no selection  you may face same issue.
