2655587 - PQM Product deployment error during FS-QUO installation

Symptom

The product deployment of objects fails while executing step 5.2.4 - 5.2.7 of the PQM 4.0 FS-QUO Installation Guide. The Scheduled Activity Manager log shows that the Deployment "Completed with Errors".

Exception Message from DefaultTrace.trc log:

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to get the length of a null array loaded from local variable 'arr$'
