2655655 - How to find the SAP SuccessFactors Company ID

• A user would like to know where to find the Company ID of their SAP SuccessFactors instance.
• This KB article explains multiple methods for locating the Company ID in SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

There are three ways for a user to find the Company ID of the instance:

• When accessing the environment as a user:

Steps:

1. Access BizX home page >
2. Click on user icon in the top right section > 
3. Click on "Show version information" >
4. A pop up will be opened showing the system details.

• From the URL: 

Steps:

1. In the URL of the environment, copy the whole URL >
2. Search for the term "company" in the URL >
3. The value that is displayed in the right side is the Company ID of the instance.

• From the Login screen:

Steps:

1. Access the BizX url >
2. The login page is displayed >
3. The BizX Company ID is shown to the users
