2655798 - Error "Compounded characteristic *** of local attribute *** is missing; MsgClass; RSDD_LM" while creating a local dimension

When creating a local dimension by copying from a source central dimension with compounding attribute, the compounding attribute won't automatically appear in the property list.

If saving the local dimension without the compounding attribute in the property list, an error similar to the following example appears:

"Compounded characteristic /ERP/RTCDIM of local attribute RTC Partner Entity is missing; MsgClass; RSDD_LM" appears and stops the local dimension creation."

However, if manually adding the compounded characteristic (like /ERP/RTCDIM in the above example) to the property list, then after clicking on the Save button, the saving process is hanging and local dimension could not be created as well.
