2655800 - SAP Analytics Cloud integration with Hybris Marketing Cloud returns CORS related error message when creating connection.

• Integration has been done according to Integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Connection was saved and/or working properly so far.
• When creating the connection the following error message appears in the Console tab of the Google Developer Tool:
  "Failed to load https://<link of your custom IdP>/saml2/idp/sso/<link of your custom IdP> : Redirect from ' https://<link of your custom IdP>/saml2/idp/sso/<link of your custom IdP> ' to ' <link of your custom/corporate iDP>.... has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin ' https://<your SAC tenant URL> ' is therefore not allowed access."

1. Set up the integration according to the official guide.
2. Try to create a connection.

1. Integration guide has been changed, but changes were not made accordingly.
   
   
2. Previously created communication user is locked which is blocking the authentication flow between the two applications.

1. Follow the latest available version on Help Portal for Hybris Marketing Cloud when setting up the integration.
   
   
2. Delete and re-create the communication user on Hybris Marketing.
