An error message appears when saving a Payout “An error occurred, please try again later”

Checks:

• Admin access to O’data API permission is enabled
• Manage Payout permission enabled

Employee Cental, Time Off

1. Navigate to employees workbench
2. Time Account tab > Add payout or Account Payout Tab
3. Add details (you can see a warning message appear as per configuration) and press submit
4. Eror appears after pressing save

Payout creation via workbench uses an OData service.
Root cause here is that a warning message is triggered that results in an error after submission.

Workaround:

You should be able to access the "old" Manage Time Off UI by entering the following URL: ...xi/ui/ect/pages/absence/accountsAdmin.xhtml?selected_user=YOUR_PAYOUT_TARGET_USER

Code fix

Engineering have fixed this with the b1808 release.
