How to export Families and Roles via Provisioning?

**NOTE: This process can only be used for customers who are still on JDM. Customers on JPB cannot use this process**

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage with Certified Partners to assist. If you do not have an implementation partner, create a case with Technical Support with the following:

• Data Center (URL of your login screen):
• Company Instance ID (where to apply changes):
• Details of requested changes:
• Approval:

Create a scheduled job by following the steps in Managing Scheduled Jobs - Creating Job Requests for the Family and Role Mapping Export job type.

Note: It is not possible to pull any report for families and roles from frontend if the customer is in JDM.
