2655949 - Can not find candidate in external candidate search using change audit reports

An external candidate is not appearing in the external candidate search using change audit reports.

SAP Success Factors Recruiting Management

1. Go to admin center.
2. In the tool search type change audit reports.
3. Select the Create Personal Data Report tab.
4. Click the external candidate search option.
5. Type in external candidates name but the name will not appear in the search.

The external candidate will not appear for the following reasons:

1. The candidate is an internal candidate.
2. The candidate is deconverted from internal to external.
3. The candidate is in a transition status from external candidate to internal within a job requisition.
4. External candidates(2 or more) merged and converted to internal candidate.
5. External candidates(2 or more) merged and converted to internal, then terminated.
