Success Factors Recruiting Management

It it is not possible to exceed the 4000-character limit in textarea fields. It is an expected behavior for the Comments box as this section is designed to capture brief comments, as opposed to larger documents, feedback, or information. Only in the Job Application template can you exceed 4,000-character limit for a textarea field.
