2656176 - How to Get User Logon History

You want to get information on user history, like which work center was accessed, what type of activity was performed and when the user was logged into the system.

SAP Business ByDesign.

There is the report 'User Logon Details' which shows all the logon information for a user.

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Open the Design and Assign Reports view.
3. Search for 'User Logon Details'.
4. Open the report.
5. Execute it for the required users.

For other scenarios involving work center access and activities performed, there are no logs that can be provided.

Further, please note that this report does not provide historical data of all the logon activities, but instead information related to the users' last logon.
