Coloring charts by field labels within dashboards is not available in the Theme Center.

Resolution
It is not possible to assign a chart's colors based on specific labels, it is only possible to define its colors through the colors' sectors as described within the KBA 2163134. Hence, it is not possible to perform color mapping using specific field values.
