Symptom

Some issues that affect the replication of workforce persons from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA Cloud prevent one or more users from correctly logging in to or working in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.

These symptoms may include:

  • Workforce persons with the Failed status in the Message Monitoring Overview app
  • Workforce persons with the In Progress status in the Message Monitoring Overview app
  • Workforce persons with the Successful status in the Message Monitoring Overview app, but still not available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (not visible in Employee Factsheet, and so on)
