When creating a new Performance Form, the Review Dates Tooltip is Visible Even if There is no Permission Granted to Edit the Date Fields on the form.

SuccessFactors Performance Management

• In Form Template Settings, the settings to Disallow users from changing the Start/End/Due Dates are enabled.
• These settings prevent users from changing the dates on the Performance Form:

Reproducing the issue:

1. Navigate to the Performance Inbox.
2. Select the "Create New Form" button, and select the form template and employee for whom you are creating the form.
3. Note that for the Review Dates, the fields are greyed out and cannot be edited.  The users are prevented from doing so based on the above form template settings.
4. Hover the mouse over the Review Dates fields - a Tooltip still appears above the fields with instructions on how to change and select dates:

• Tooltips are found throughout the system to provide general help text to users, and they appear automatically when you hover your mouse over the field.
• The Review Dates Tooltip is not controlled by the permissions granted or restricted to edit the Review Dates field. 
• There is no way to turn off or hide the tooltip, even if the field itself cannot be edited by the user.
• This behaviour is the current system design.
