12:14:20,258 ERROR [RulesExecutor]  Could not complete the call to Rules Framework for Rule internal code = 9601266 com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: com.successfactors.ruleengine.ruletrace.RuleTraceException: Trace already opened

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core
  • Employee Central
  • Rules

Cause

The system is unable to trigger (corrupted internal code of this rule) or complete the rule correctly.

Resolution

  1. Create a new rule, not a copy of the problem rule (a copy would only copy the corruption)
  2. Put new rule in place and check to see if the issue is resolved.
