2656682 - User Cannot View or Edit Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

When a user selects a job requisition they see just the job title and a blank page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Select a Job Requsition 
3. Only Job Title will Appear

The reason why the job appears blank is because the Job Role associated to the Job Profile is blank.

In order to check this you will need to perform the following steps.

1. Select Recruiting
2. Select Candidate or Job Posting
3. Go to Job Profile 
4. Error received with Fingerprint 5c2ddc608a0a8575ecd5b7ba817b3ceac7da69c5

In order to resolve the issue the customer will need to update the information missing in the Job Profile.

1. Admin Center 
2. Manage Data
3. Search JobReqJobProfile
4. Pick the Affect Job Req 
5. Select View Job Profile
   
    
   
   
6. Press edit 
7. Update the missing information

Once this has been completed then the Job Req should be visible.
