2656744 - Error 14536 occurs when UNMOUNT DATABASE command is issued - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • DTM is Enabled
  • Dump transaction is executed while an XA transaction is in a Prepared-Detached state
  • Load the dump sequence(load database, load transaction) with the Prepared-Detached transaction in the transaction dump
  • unmount/mount/unmount database in this sequence will generate the following error:

14536 : UNMOUNT DATABASE: Waiting for multi-database transactions in a prepared state to complete.
