Symptom

  • Replication server crash with Signal 11 and a stack trace:
    Thread WORKER( ) infected with signal 11.
  • The stack trace may contains the following functions:
    exc__appDumpStack
    exc_terminate
    bsd_catch_signal
    ll_del
    RSTaskExec
    srv__start_function
  • Parameters set: AIXTHREAD_MUTEX_FAST=OFF and SPINLOOPTIME=1
