2657076 - Sessions remain in SM04

Symptom

  • Sessions remain in SM04 for a long time and the following lines are reported in the dev_disp (LocalDrive\usr\sap\<SID>\(A)SCS<XX>\work) trace:

        *** WARNING => DpCheckTerminals: given logon info T0_U12345 does not match tm_adm entry T0_U12345 
        *** WARNING => DpTmDisconnect: given logon info T0_U12345 does not match tm_adm entry T0_U12345

  • Users not removed from SM04 causing Extended Memory to reduce and the above warnings lines are shown in the dev_disp trace file.
