2657106 - Can't Hide Query in Edit Page Layout

Symptom

You want to hide a query e.g. All in a Page Layout but the check box is grayed out.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into HTML5.
  2. Go to e.g. Products work center.
  3. Open Products Lists view.
  4. Click on Adapt and select Edit Page Layout.
  5. Select desired Page Layout.
  6. Click on Advanced Filter.
  7. Select Ogranize Queries.

Cause

The query you are trying to hide is set as the default query in the Master Layout.This is a standard behaviour.

Resolution

To have the option to hide a query in a Page Layout you need to set another query as the default query in the Master Layout.
