2657174 - Total Item Net Value Does Not Match Total For Sales Quote

You notice a mismatch between the Total Net Value and Total Value for sales quote ABC in the Overview (ABC is the sales quote ID).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Search for the sales quote ABC and select it.
4. Click Edit.
5. Scroll down to items, there you can see for example:

• Total Item Net Value is listed as 11 591.00 EUR,
• Total shows 11 595.00 EUR.

The 2 fields displaying the total values are described as extension fields but are part of the regular layout.

Both are read only.

1. Click View all, navigate to the pricing tab.
2. Check total pricing:

• Total Net Value is 11 591.00 EUR,
• Total is 11 591.00 EUR.

All components are from list price but were added manually.

At header level, net value without freight and total are 11 595.00 EUR.

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Search for sales quote ABC and select it.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click View all, navigate to the pricing tab.
6. Under Total Pricing header click Update Pricing and select one of the options.

This redetermines the values again. Hence now the correct value of 11 591.00 EUR is shown.
