You have upgraded DM from SP10 to SP12, did a roll forward of an existing period and when you tried to create a Word preview of the Report you get the error:
"An error has occurred while rendering word: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: Value"
When you check the Report/chapter configuration tab, the parameters are empty
