Symptom

You want to transport modifications from Quality system to Production system for one of the following apps:

you need to know if this action is possible.

Environment

S/4HANA Cloud 1805

Cause

For some apps, transporting modification is not available because of the app's scope.

e.g. if for your Quality System you have set communication to an external system, and you transport this to the Production system, Production system will be connected to the same external system as Quality which can be dangerous.

Resolution

You cannot transport modifications from Q to P for the apps:

Communication Arrangments
Communication Systems
Communication Users

It is only possible to transport modifications of 'Custom Communication Scenarios' app which is part of extensibility.
