2657635 - Marketing Permissions Facet Disappears From Lead TI After Converting a Lead


You have converted a Lead and now the Marketing Permissions facet has disappeared from the Lead TI.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
  2. Go to the Leads view.
  3. Open any Lead you wish to convert.
  4. Note the Marketing Permissions facet.
  5. Click Actions > Convert to Opportunity/ Convert to Sales Lead/ Convert to Account and Contact (choose your desired option).

Result: The Marketing Permissions facet has now disappeared.


When the Lead is converted, the Marketing Permissions do not show up in the Lead anymore.


This is the expected behaviour. You can now find the Marketing Permission in the Contact.

The same applies when the Lead is being Associated with an Account or Contact.
