2657650 - New Button is Grayed Out For Sales Order in Sales Quote

The new button for Sales Orders is disabled under the Sales Documents tab in Sales Quotes.

SAP Cloud for Customer - Sales

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open sales quote XYZ (XYZ represents sales quote ID).
4. Go to the Sales Documents tab -> Sales Order section.

The 'New' button is disabled for sales orders.

In Bi-directional replication, if a sales quote is already replicated to ERP, then the sales order new button is grayed out.

The reason behind it is, that once a sales quote is replicated to ERP then a sales order is generated in the ERP system. If the C4C system allows to create a new order, then it will be a separate sales order in ERP.

However, if the sales quote is not replicated to ERP, then the new button is enabled.

This is an expected system behavior
