Resolution

Standard fields label in Employee Profile can be updated via Manage Business Configuration following these steps: 

  1. Go to Manage Business Configuration
  2. Click on Employee Profile
  3. Click on Standard
  4. Select some field
  5. On Field Label, click on the Translations icon
  6. Update the label
  7. Save
