2657746 - Interview Guide checkbox is not available in Interview Scheduling - Recruiting Management

I want to include the Interview Guide as an email attachment to interviewers. However on the Set up Interviews screen, the check box for Interview Guide is not available.

The interviewGuide field is defined and permissioned in the job requisition template:

1. Go to Recruiting > Job Requisitions
2. Open a job requsition
3. Select a candidate in Interview status
4. On the Interviewers portlet, click on Set up Interviewers link
5. On the pop-up screen, there is no Interview Guide checkbox available

In the job requisition, there is no file attached on the Interview Guide field.

The checkbox for Interview Guide will only appear in the Set up Interviewers if there's already a file attached to the field in the Job Requsition.

1. Go to the Recruiting > Job Requisitions
2. Open a job requisition
3. In the Job Requisition Details, look for the Interview Guide attachment field
4. Attach a file and then save the requisition
5. Go back to the candidate in Interview status
6. On the Interviewers portlet, click on Set up Interviewers link
7. The check box for Interview Guide is now available on the pop-up screen

Note: Same behavior applies to the supported attachment fields in the Set up Interviews: Resume, Cover Letter, Interview Guide
