We would like different fields to be available in Manage Users page

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

To have more fields available in Manage Users page, they need to be included in sysVisibleUserDirectorySetting in Data Model. To do so, please contact your Implementing partner or open an case under LOD-SF-PLT component for the support team to assist, since this is done in Provisioning.

When opening the ticket, please provide:

• Company ID
• Standar-element id to be added

The below steps will be followed:

1. From Provisioning, go to "Import/Export Data Model"
2. Click on "Export file"
   The datamodel will be downloaded
3. On the datamodel, search for sysVisibleUserDirectorySetting 
4. Add the string <standard-element-ref refid="XXXX"/> (replacing XXXX with the Standard-element id of field you want to appear in the dropdown)
