Symptom

  • Errors are seen when carrying out actions related to SAP content server. Errors see as follows:
  • HTTP error: 401 Authorization Required. SsfVerify failed: rc=5, there are signer errors, signer rc=27, certificate not found.
  • HTTP error: 401 Unauthorized. SsfVerify failed: rc=5, SSF_API_SIGNER_ERRORS, signer rc=27, SSF_API_SIGNER_NOT_OK.
  • Message No. CMS025 - Error in accessing via HTTP 401 Authorization Required.
