Symptom

After creating a link table pointing to ASE, when you open the link table, MS Access shows "#Name?" as character column values.
- ODBC Trace shows that SQLGetData() with SQL_C_WCHAR fails due to "Invalid character conversion. (30062)".
- This problem occurs only if ASE's charset is utf8 and ODBC Driver's charset property is "ClientDefault" and clientcharset property is not "utf8".
