2658145 - How to avoid alert e-mails for the old alerts generated during the analysis and error resolving

You have configured AlertConsumerJob or AlertConsumerJobv2 to trigger alert e-mails for failed messages. After you stop the alert consumer job, spent some time to analyze and resolve the error, then started the alert consumer job again, you just would like to trigger alerts for the newly failed messages after the job is released. However you found that the alert e-mails still included the previously failed messages during the analysis and error resolving. Since the old error has been resolved, you would not like to trigger these useless old alter e-mails any more.
