You would like to prevent the employees to submit/save a Time Sheet if 40 hours are not recorded for the corresponding week.

• A Time Valuation can be configured to check if all the times sum up to 40 hours. If the amount is below 40, an error is raised.
  
  

• Recorded Working time currently only contains the attendances, these times can be further enhanced with absences. Also, the hard value of 40 can be mixed with the hours, for example from the work schedule as a Threshold group.

NOTE: This will have the downside, that the employee can only save his/her time sheet when the 40 hours are reached. The check is executed on every entry inserted into the UI and no actions are possilbe until the error is resolved.
