2658384 - Category ID Not Updating When Label is Changed in Manage Templates - Development / Goal Plan

Why does the Category ID on a newly created category not update when changing its label?

When you add a new category for a Career Development Template or a Goal Template in Admin Center > Manage Templates, the system automatically creates a unique Category ID. When you change the label you are changing what can be seen by users in the UI, but you are not changing the generated Category ID.

Currently, it's not possible to change the category ID using the Manage Templates tool in Admin Center. This is only possible by directly changing the Development/Goal Plan template XML in the back end. If you wish to do so, please contact your Implementation Partner.
