Symptom
The system allows you to add a duplicated related item in Activity and an empty line is added and saved.
Environment
SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
This scenario is applicable for Activities and as example we are using Phone Calls.

Go to the Activities work center.

Go to the Phone Calls view.

Open an Activity.

Go to the Related Items facet.

Click on New in the Related Items section.

Select a Related Item and click on Add.

Click on New in the Related Items section again.

Select the same Related Item previously added and click on Add.
-
The system allows you to enter the same Related Item and an empty line is added and saved.
Resolution
This is the expected system behavior.
