Symptom
When scheduling jobs in provisioning, execution time should be specified as local DC time.
Is the DC time the same as local time during daylight saving period?
In other words, will daylight saving (time zone shift) impact scheduled jobs?

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to Provisioning
- Manage Scheduled Jobs
- Create New Job
Resolution
Yes, currently, daylight saving will impact scheduled job execution time. Today jobs are scheduled and triggered in DC time. Therefore, for some DCs located in cities that adopt daylight sayings (e.g. DC 2 – Amsterdam; DC 10 – Sydney; DC 12 – St. Leon-Rot), unless customer and DC are in the same timezone, when daylight saving starts or ends, you will observe time shift.
Please note that it is not possible to change the datacenter daylight configuration.
