2658534 - Encountered "The Current Function cannot be completed due to Network Issue". error message while running Site Statistics for a Time Range

• Error appears while trying to Run Site Statistics for a specific Time Range.
• Unable to get data from Site Statistics for a specific Time Range.
• Error Message - "The Current Function cannot be completed due to Network Issue".

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics

1. Go to Reporting
2. Run any Canvas Report
3. Click on Admin
4. Click on Site Statistics
5. Select a Start Date and and End Date (e.g. January 2021 to July 2021)
6. Click on Run
7. Error message "The Current Function cannot be completed due to Network Issue" appears

• This kind of issues encounters when there are huge number of records are present in the Database for the same day.
• To fetch those many records it gets time out. In this scenario due to Timeout issue, data does not return for Site Statistics.

The solution for this scenario is to reduce the time range or extract the report for each month individually.
