2658763 - A screen element (e.g. dashboard) is not displayed in Project Management or Portfolio Management

Symptom

A user does not see a screen element in Project Management and in Portfolio Management. When navigating to the relevant screen, the area where this screen element should be displayed is blank. The issue only concerns a specific user or users.

For example:

  • the user sees a blank screen section where a dashboard should normally be displayed
  • the user does not see some field or field label (which other users can see)
