2658764 - 'The database SQL generation parameters file could not be loaded' error when viewing Webi document based on BAPI

Symptom

  • Unable to view any Webi document based on BAPI layer in BI launchpad
  • In the trace logs, we find the following:

The database SQL generation parameters file could not be loaded (SAP Business Warehouse, SAP BAPI) . (WIS 00514)
**ERROR:UNV_DBInfo:LoadInfo_with_CS_env : Catch error thrown by ConnectionServer : Error on request to the InfoStore [UNV_DBInfo.cpp;367]

**WARNING:QT_LocalServer:Failed to load the DB info from the Database PRM file [server/QTLocalServer.cpp;1966]
