2658924 - HTML Mashup Not Loading in Internet Explorer

You have created a custom html mashup to display a site embedded in the Cloud for Customer. This is working fine when you use Google Chrome web browser, however it is not working when you use Internet Exlporer.

If the mashup is not loading just in Internet Explorer the cause is the settings configured on it.

This issue could be solved, in the most of the cases, changing these configurations:

• Enabling Cross Domain.
• Adding the site URL as trusted site.

Enabling Cross Domain option:

1. Go to Internet Options.
2. Go to Security tab.
3. Select Internet zone.
4. Click on Custom Level Button.
5. Search for Miscellaneous item.
6. Enable the option Access data sources across domains.

Adding the site URL as trusted site:

1. Go to Internet Options.
2. Go to Security tab.
3. Select Trusted sites.
4. Click on Sites button.
5. Type the site address on the input box.
6. Click on Add.
