2659030 - Add Enroll Dependents Button doesn't exist under Enroll Dependents

When you try to enroll a user into a Benefit, "Add Enroll Dependents" option is missing under "Enroll Dependents" field.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

1. Navigate to user's profile and go to Legacy Benefits overview screen.
2. Select "Enroll Now" for any benefit plan.
3. Go to Enroll Dependents and button to add don't exist.

This happens due to an incorrect configuration of the Benefit enrollment UI and / or Role-Based Permissioning.

Please follow below steps to correct the UI configuration:

1. Go to Manage Configuration UI and look up for the relevant Benefit Enrollment Screen ID.
2. Select Edit properties on the UI group that has the dependents section.
3. The Value for Add New Record under Control Options needs to be set as Yes.

Please follow below steps to provide RBP permission:

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles and Select the respective Role
2. Under Miscellaneous Permissions, enable respective permission(create , delete etc. ) for the Benefit Insurance Dependent Detail object.
