2659031 - Replication of Complete Organizational Structure to C4C

Desire to replicate the entire organizational structure, including the HR Org Units to C4C is present. However, in the initial load program it is only possible to send the Sales Structure (Sales organization, sales office, sales group)

• SAP Cloud for Customer Integration with SAP ERP
• SAP Cloud for Customer Integration with SAP S4H

• Only Sales structure is relevant for ERP/S4-C4C integration.
• Even the employee replication from ERP considers Sales Data and send it to C4C against employee’s organization assignment.
• Since C4C is not a HR solution, other org unit types are not relevant for C4C. Therefore is not possible to replicate other org unit types to C4C.

This is a designed system behavior.
