2659196 - Resolve and Dispatch Incidents App - PPF Action is not working due to missing configuration


  • You work with Solution Manager 7.2 Incident Management. In sm_workcenter, in tile Resolve and Dispatch Incidents, some options are missing after the upgrade to SP06.
  • You try to send a message to SAP with Resolve and Dispatch Incident tile (using Inform and Forward to SAP Product Support Action) and you get error "Unknown installation". Nevertheless, it's working from sm_crm in SAP Collaboration AB.
